• Schedule: Can take PRN days – Usually need Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Monday/Wednesday/Thursday. We will accept full week coverage. 8 hours shifts
• Job Setting: Hospital
• Types of Cases: Bread and butter cases, orthopedics/blocks and Gastrointestinal. NO Obstetrics
• Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: 1 MD/1 CRNA *100% hands on. MD and CRNA works their own room
• Credentialing Timeframe: up to 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Paper
• Board Certification, Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Active New York License required.

Full Time Locums, 4 weeks per month. 2 Weeks minimum
