March 31st ongoing

• 1MD/3 CRNA on per day
• MDs do preops, run boards, pacu, help as needed and take second call
• March 31 ever week initially then 2 on 2 off
• Monday to Friday 7-3 with shared call. weekdays 1:3 and weekends 1:4
• Case Volume: ~3,000 cases/year, including:
• General, endoscopy, OB (~450 deliveries), orthopedics (some spines), urology, gynecology, podiatry, and cardiac (~380/year cath lab and TEE).
• MDs do preops, run boards, pacu, help as needed and take second call
• CRNAs are in a room during the day and take first call
• Locums Rate $345hr paid malpractice, housing and travel.
o Perm Compensation: $500k (3-year 1099 contract)
o Schedule: 26 weeks off annually – 2 on, 2 off
