Schedule: Cross-credentialing at Parkridge Medical Center and Parkridge East. 7a – 3 pm and 7a – 7p. Weekend and Weekday Calls are available.
Setting: Hospital
Types of cases: General cases, plus Cardiac TEE
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Requirements: Active license and Board certification
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Paper/Meditech

Doc only cases

**Willing to take new Fellows

** Willing to license/ Reimburse for license

** malpractice supplied

** Travel and lodging supplied
