Types of Cases: General surgical cases adult and pediatric, minor nerve blocks, Intravenous regional anesthesia, thoracic cases (except the open heart), spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, Obstetrics cases, and Neurosurgical cases.
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 60 days

• October 7-11
• October 14-18 (need two locum providers)
• Oct 21-25
• Nov 4-8
• Nov 11-15
• Nov 18-22
• Nov 25-28 (two providers needed on 28 & 29)
• Dec 2-6
• Dec 9-13
• Dec 16-20
• Dec 23-27 (need two providers)
• Dec 30-Jan 3 (need two providers)
• Sporadic ongoing coverage
