1 week on 1 week off
2 weeks on 2 weeks off
3 weeks on 1 week off
3 weeks on 2 weeks off

Monday thru Friday 40 hours per week plus call

Hospital

Cases include: general, endoscopy, plastics, orthopedic, urology, light pediatrics (healthy, none under 2 years old) cooperative OR admin, bread and butter position, and a good mix of cases**

Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days

Board Certification, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Active Ohio State License/CSR/DEA
