Types of Cases: General, orthopedic, Ear Nose Throat, Gastrointestinal, Urology, Obstetrics (2200 deliveries a year), cardiac, neuro—they do everything here

Type of care model: Mixed model – MDs do own cases + direct CRNAs
Credentialing Timeframe: up to 60 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
