Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Care team (medically directed)– 5 peds docs (30 other total docs)/ 25 peds CRNAs (80 total CRNAs)

Types of Cases: Must be comfortable with pediatrics and adults (up to 60-70% PEDS); Case mix– ENT, orthopedics, general, ophthalmology, dental, urology, some neurology
Credentialing Timeframe: up to 60 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
