• 1099 Hourly rate + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule: M-F 35-40 hours per week (typically out between 3-5pm)
• Setting Ambulatory Surgery Setting
• Cases: Primarily Ortho, Urology and Endo. Also General surgery, EP studies, optho, gyn, ENT, pain, plastics, podiatry, bariatrics, No neuro (occasional ortho spine); Locums don’t have to do peds
• Model: 1:4 Medical Direction (except for endo the CRNA’s do solo)
• Credentialing Timeframe: Apx 60 days
• EMR Meditech or paper charting
Texas and nation-wide.
