Credentialing Time Frame – 60-90 days

Anticipated Start Date – Upon credentialing

Length of Shift – Days, FULL TIME ONLY 5×8 7a-3p

Length of Assignment – 6 months

CRNA’s Supervised – Independent

Additional Intake Notes – 2 years of experience. Pediatric fellowship required.
