Dates: ASAC – ongoing
Schedule: FT 40hrs/week Monday-Friday, 8’s or 10’s are an option.
Supervision: Care team model with 1:3 or 1:4 medical supervision
Case Mix: General, major spine, ENT, ortho, vascular, cardiac. No OB, trauma, or peds.
Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
Active Kentucky License: Highly preferred
