Credentialing: Minimum of 5 months.-after a completed file

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 4-10s or 3-12s.

Cases: General.

Is there overtime expected: Yes.

Regular Hours: Required.

In House Call: Required.

Weeknight – On Call (Pager): Required.

Weekend – On Call (Pager): Required.

Charting: Epic.

Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.

What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1.

Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 33.

$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

$Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
