Credentialing: 90 days – after a completed file.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7a-5p.
No Call.
Supervising and own cases.
EP and General OR coverage Needed.
Number of Operation Rooms: 14.
Licensed in MD or IMLC.
ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS.
Level 3 Trauma.
EMR System: Epic.
$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
