Facility: North East Baptist Hospital

Cross Credentialing Facilities: Northeast Methodist, Baptist Medical Center

Start date: Upon credentialing

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

Length of shift: 4 x12 hour shifts per week, two weeks per month. Must be able to work Fridays.

Types of cases:
NEB/BMC — Ortho, Urology, General, GI, GYN Most are ASA 3 Ortho requires spinal on total joints Shoulders interscalene blocks No real TAP blocks for gyn or general surgery Vascular major and minor are all ASA 3 so limit who assign to Neuro multi level Fusions lumbar and necks Craniotomies tumors and hematoma ( Neuro limit who placed there). Bariatrics all morbid obese so need good airway skills Patients general not complicated surgeons for this very good Expect quick turnovers.
NEM — Majority general (some robot general) and ortho, GYN, urology, ENT (some peds), breast, spine, some plastics, cath lab (a fib ablation, Watchman’s), GI, bronch (including ION robot and rigid bronch with jet ventilation), TEE (sedation for the procedure only)

CRNA’s Supervised: Independent, Medically Directed
