-$ 230/ hr ALL inclusive Rate (THIS INCLUDES ALL
TRAVEL AND OT)
-Start Date: July 2nd for med staff orientation.
-Contract Length: December 31,
-Shift Details:
5-8’s,(7a-3p)
4-10,s (7a-5p)
3-12’s (7a-7p.)
-No call shifts.No Holidays
-With option to work weekends but not weekends only . –Will consider/take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks
a month each month
Schedule: Once credentialed CRNA get schedule from site depending on what confirmed for and when to do Med staff orientation
Work Details:
• Amount of Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week (2
full time due to one leaving and several pregnancies)
• Patient Population: All ages, inpatient / outpatient.
• Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other.
• Cases – General, Vascular, Ortho, Urology,
Plastics, Dental, IR, CDL, Thoracic, Peds, Neuro,
Cardiac, Endoscopy center
• EMR: Cerner
Practice Setting:
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Hospital
-Requirements:
• Board Certification: WV
• License Required: Yes
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.
-Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
-Must have clean background, no red flags.
