Specific Details for Assignment: CRNA will float between 2 small hospitals 20 minutes apart. Typically 4 CRNAs per day (Mon – Thurs) with one float then 1 CRNA on Friday or taking call depending on the schedule
Length of Contract: Ongoing
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8 & 10-hour days plus Call on Friday for emergencies
Call, Nights and Weekends: Call is required
Cases: General & OB (Strong OB skills required)
OB: Yes
Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Yes
Facility: Small Hospital – 33 Beds. 4 ORs and 1 Endo
Model: Independent CRNA Practice
Charting: Epic
Credentialing: 30 days
