• 1099 Hourly rate + Full Travel + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Hotel and Mileage approved
• Schedule: 8s or 10s
• Cases: Orthopedics, Neurology, Heads, and occasional Pediatrics. No Obstetrician.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days
• Nurse Anesthetists are medically supervised, not directed.
• Will license but prefer active Tennessee license
