• 1099 Hourly rate + Travel & Lodging + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule: TBD ( current provider working is 5×8’s but will present for your preference)
• Call Schedule: 1:3 weeknights 7a-7a, 1:3 weekends 7a Fri- 7a Mon…… Primary OB epidural call, Tues/Th 5p-7a, Sat 7a- Sun noon
• Setting: Level III Trauma – 93 Bed Facility
• Cases: Otolaryngology, Gastroenterology, General, Gynecology, Obstetrics, Ophthalmology, Oral, Orthopedic, Podiatry, Urology
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
