Your Role With Us:

The anesthesiology department at Salem Health is recruiting for full-timeCertified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)to start immediately in a collaborative practice model working alongside supervised CRNAs. We offer a wide variety of surgical cases including trauma, general, neurosurgery, spine, orthopedics, urology, vascular, ophthalmology, gyn, OB, ENT, pediatrics, cardiothoracic, electrophysiology, GI and pulmonary procedures. This position will include call responsibilities.

Background/Expertise:

Must have graduated from an accredited nurse anesthetist program
Demonstrate experience and current competency, to include the performance of at least 500 anesthetics during the past 24 months at all hospitals and surgical facilities
Current unrestricted license to practice as a CRNA in the State of Oregon through the OSBN
Certification as a CRNA by the National Association of Nurse Anesthetists
Current, unrestricted DEA registration (schedules II-IV)
Current and ongoing maintenance of ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
Current and ongoing maintenance of PALS certification through the American Heart Association
Independent practice experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience including acute care surgical experience as a CRNA

Total Rewards Offerings:

Guaranteed base salary $306k
40-hour work week, 4 10s’. No call.
Up to $25,000 start bonus
