Opportunity Details
-Ascension St. Joseph’s Hospital | Tawas City, MI
-4 ORs, 1 C-Section OR, 1 MPR
-47 beds
-2,500 cases per year
-General, orthopedic, ENT (including peds), ophthalmology, endoscopy, OB/GYN, plastics | No heads, no hearts.
-Call is 1:2 (facility runs 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule)
-Typical day: 7 am – 3 pm
-CRNA-only facility (surgeon supervised)

Requirements of the CRNA
-Active state license | DEA | State CDS
-Board certification required.
-ACLS | PALS | BLS

-Ascension St. Joseph Hospital, a non-profit healthcare system.
-Work a total of 26 weeks a year with an ideal schedule of two weeks on, two weeks off! This 50-bed hospital is in rural northeast Michigan in Tawas City.
-This facility is an all-CRNA model allowing the CRNAS to practice independently.
-There are approximately 200 deliveries a year.
