Job Description:
-Full-time and less-than-full-time positions available
-Generalist and cardiac positions available
-Majority doing own cases with some CRNA supervision (approx. 1 in 30)
-Self-managed group for 30+ years
-2-year partnership track
-No Buy-in
-Low overnight in-house call burden (approx 1 in 30-35)
-Robust mentorship program
-New hires are started at ASC’s right away
-Balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient cases
Healthy pediatrics, Level 2 trauma, OB anesthesia, regional anesthesia, in addition to bread-and-butter -Ortho, Neuro, GenSurg, Uro, Gyn, ENT
-No transplant cases
-Collaborative and collegial surgical community
-Excellent relationships with our CRNA’s and surgeons

Compensation and Benefits:
-Attractive package meeting or exceeding market standards
-$50,000 sign-on bonus
-Production-based group with income flexibility depending on your style of practice
-Typical full-time physician working 45-50 hours/week and taking 10 weeks of vacation can expect to earn $550,000 – $600,000
-Opportunities abound for additional income through picking up extra work or taking less vacation!
-No Washington state income tax
-Fully vested 401K with profit sharing, company match, and Cash Balance Plan options available

-Zero-interest salary loan available during production ramp-up for new graduates
