Central Valley Anesthesia Partners is a collective of independently practicing CRNAs seeking to expand our team with additional partners. Join us in providing comprehensive anesthesia services at a Level 1 trauma center, collaborating with surgeons who value the contributions of CRNAs. Our practice encompasses a diverse range of surgical specialties, including orthopedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, trauma, gynecology, hepatobiliary, colorectal, plastic surgery, ear, nose, and throat (ENT), oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS), endoscopy, and obstetrics, with obstetrics being optional for interested candidates. Our team is committed to mentoring new hires in developing skills in regional anesthesia and line placement.

Central Valley boasts an excellent school system, affordable living conditions, and proximity to Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, as well as wine country and central coast beaches, with easy access to California’s metropolitan areas.

We provide:
-New contract with increased and competitive hourly rate.
– 10 and 12-hour shifts with a fair rotation of on-call duties
– Availability of Monday-Friday and weekend shifts
– A commitment to accommodating the work-life balance needs of our partners
– A supportive environment for expanding skills sets.
– Opportunities for advancement into partnership with a minimum commitment of 160 hours per month
