Noble Anesthesia Partners is looking for full and part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) with the opportunity to join in W2 or 1099 capacity to service our ASC in the El Paso division. Who is Noble Anesthesia Partners? We are a compassionate anesthesia group in Texas delivering professional quality care to our long-held and evolving list of surgery centers, surgical hospitals, and newly added business of office-based anesthesia clients.

SALARY, BENEFITS, OPPORTUNITY DETAILS, AND QUALIFICATIONS

1099

1099/Hourly: $175//hour, 8-hour minimum
Shift diff rate available for shift work, past 5pm
W-2 Salary

New grad: $200,000
Experienced: $230-265,000
Sign-on bonus: $20,000 with a 2-year commitment

Referral bonus: Up to $12,000 per qualified candidate!

Position Details

4 ASC and 1 Endoscopy center
Providers will be credentialed at more than one facility to provide flexibility (e.g., early out requests)
No OB, no hearts, no trauma, no neonates, no transplant-NOT shiftwork, you go home when you’re done
No in-house call. Noble call is the late day on the schedule. Most calls finish up at 7 pm.
Call is not mandatory
Regional anesthesia training preferred
Noble pays for providers to attend the Maverick Regional Anesthesia Course in Fort Worth
35 – 50 hours/week, seasonal variation, sometimes less than 35 hours/week
Qualifications

NBCRNA board certified or eligible
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, ambulatory environment
Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to our client’s office

CRNA Orientation – specifics can be discussed with the chief CRNA
Reasonable PTO package (plus 7 holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day); PTO is available to full-time employees; accrual begins on the first date of employment
Health (medical) insurance is offered, currently BCBS, as well, Dental and Vision insurance is available
Effective 30 days after employment
401k with company match
Effective 90 days after employment (equates to roughly ~10,000/year)
Paid malpractice (Company paid) (up to $8,000/year)
Tail coverage is provided free of charge upon retirement from Noble Anesthesia Partners
Paid Short term disability (Company paid, 60% of salary)/Long-term disability
FSA (available to all FT employees)
HSA available with a compatible insurance plan
