Average total compensation for full time docs of $553K, with a range of $500K – $625K, higher or lower depending on what types and how much call you take. Primarily physician anesthesia with option for some medical direction of very high quality CRNAs. Superb quality and unfailing commitment to fair treatment of physicians; extremely low turnover.
