We have an exciting opportunity to join an established anesthesia team in Northeastern Pennsylvania. This position offers an excellent work-life balance, a supportive and collegial environment, and competitive compensation.

Key Details:
Case Mix: General, Orthopedic, GI, Neuro, ENT, and Robotics
Team: 3 physicians on-site daily, with an occasional 4th physician
Supervision Model: 1:6 MD to CRNA ratio (you will rarely, if ever, do your cases)
No OB, minimal pediatrics
Preferred Experience: Hearts, TAVRs, and Regional block experience
On-Call: Call from home with a 30-minute callback window
