• Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8’s 7a-3p
• Setting: Medical Center
• Cases: General, Orthopedic, Obstetric, Gynecologic, Vascular, Thoracic, Urology, and Endoscopy. No pediatrics, Ear Nose Throat, hearts or heads.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
