• 1099 Hourly all Inclusive Rate + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
(Can discuss travel/lodging options)

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-3p – No call/weekends

• Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center

• Cases: General, Orthopedics (Sports, no joints), some eyes, blocks, and Gastrointestinal

• Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: 1 MD/2 CRNAs—everyone runs their own room and MD is only there to assist, if needed (no supervision)

• Credentialing Timeframe: Apx 60 days

• EMR EPIC
