• 1099 Hourly rate + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule: Monday – Friday Rotating Schedule—3 weeks on/1 week off; 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (40 hours per week)
• Setting: Hospital
• Cases: general surgery, eyes, endoscopy, Obstetrics–need to be able to administer blocks plus epidurals in OB
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
