Job Summary
• .8 CRNA and per diem CRNAs
• Hazleton Surgery Center | https://www.hazletonsc.com/
• The annual case volume is 2,500 (1,500 GI + 1,000 surgical)
• Case mix: General surgery, GI, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, pain management, and ENT.
• Start time 6:30 am, typically 8-hour day

Requirements
• Active PA license
• Board certified
