• 1099 Hourly rate + Travel & Lodging + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8’s 7a-330p
• Setting: Inpatient
• Cases: Bariatrics, Heads, Hearts, Spine, Neurology
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
• Housing/Travel Accommodations approved by client: mileage and may consider flights but only 1 roundtrip per 3 months. Each locum will stay at their hospital owned property.
