General Anesthesiology position, excellent income potential, local physician owned, long-tenured group.

Tacoma Anesthesia Associates (TAA), a local, physician-owned practice with a stable, long-term hospital contract seeking motivated physicians to join our practice in a partnership-track position. Wide range of adult and pediatric cases, large obstetric practice, and multiple regional anesthetic opportunities. Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical and interpersonal skills, a desire to assume leadership duties, and a willingness to take on a variety of clinical cases. ABA certification or eligibility required. New grads are welcome.

Multiple practice locations including Tacoma General Hospital and Allenmore Hospital. Average call 1 night per week with pre-call and post-call days off and 1 weekend per month.

Two year associate status:
Year 1: $500,000 W-2 compensation with 8 weeks PTO
Year 2: $550,000 W-2 compensation with 8 weeks PTO

No additional “buy in”. Opportunity for substantial additional compensation available through optional sign-up shifts.

Partner compensation according to weeks and call worked with substantial flexibility available. Additional details available on request.
