Full-time job, medically direct CRNAs, share call equally with 6 other MDs, most types of surgeries (but no peds), OB anes, some regional.

Medically direct CRNAs for most types of surgeries (excluding pediatrics), c-sections, endoscopies, TEE/cardioversions, and rarely cath lab or MRI. Also, personally perform labor epidurals, some regional (almost always interscalene or supraclavicular), and occasional intubations as well as central/arterial lines in ICU.
