FACILITY INFORMATION:
LEVEL III TRAUMA
EPIC EMR
Two facility locations: 350 Bed Main Campus Hospital and Multidisciplinary Women and Children’s Hospital
Main Campus has 16 ORs and a 5-room endoscopy suite.
Women’s Campus houses 6 ORs.
Established Anesthesiology team including 26 CRNAs.

Position Overview:
** Cases – Diverse range including OBGYN, Orthopedics, Urologic, Pediatrics, Plastics, ENT, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Trauma (Levell III).

Team Composition:
Supervisor model

Schedule and Call: 4-week rotating schedule
Week 1 – 5 days (10 hr days)
Week 2 – 7 days of call
Week 3 – Post call/Off week
Week 4 – 5 days (10hr days)
** Opportunity to work internal locums on off days
** 7 weeks of PTO (not including post call week off)

Compensation and Benefits
Guaranteed Year 1 – $700k – potential $800k
*Bonuses: wRVU bonus structure
*Signing: $75k sign-on bonus
*Annual performance Bonus
*Student fellowship stipend: Monthly stipend while in training
*Relocation assistance: $15k
*CME: $4500 and 5 days
