$40K Sign-On/Relocation Bonus for 24 Month Contract
$20K Sign-On/Relocation Bonus for 12 Month Contract
42 weeks/year (10 weeks off)
Work Back Fee $1,900/shift Paid if contractor works above the 43 week obligation
