Anesthesiology & Pain Consultants (APC) is hiring full-time CRNAs. APC covers all anesthesia services at Park Place Surgical Hospital and Lafayette Surgical Specialty Hospital in Lafayette, LA. Our anesthesia team is comprised of 8 anesthesiologists and 26 CRNAs. A wide range of cases include orthopedics, ENT, spine surgery, urology, general surgery, GI, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, and interventional pain procedures. There are no obstetric, trauma, cardiac, or vascular cases.

1099 Position Details:
-Base salary of $230,000/year.
-Sign-on bonus of $25,000 for a two-year commitment.
-6 weeks of paid vacation.
-On average, 32-35 hours/work week.
-Overtime after 8 hours worked/day when not on call or after 10 hours worked/day when on call.
-Additional $20,000+/year possible through overtime.
-Weekday beeper call 1:7-8.
-Weekend beeper call 4-5 times/year. Extra pay for taking weekend call and hourly pay for any hours worked over the weekend. (It is rare to be called in for an emergency case.)

W-2 Position Details:
-Base salary of $185,000/year.
-Benefits of up to $35,000 offered, including insurance (malpractice, health, dental ,vision, and life), short and long-term disability, AFLAC, 401K, CME allowance, and profit sharing.
-Sign-on bonus of $25,000 for a two-year commitment.
-6 weeks of paid vacation.
-On average, 32-35 hours/work week.
