Arizona Heart Hospital is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our dynamic team as a Full Time 1099 contractor, working with Guide Anesthesia. Compensation Summary:
Full time members can anticipate an annual compensation of approximately $360,000.

Contract Type:
We offer flexible commitments, including 3, 4, or 5 day work weeks.
Contracts include a guarantee of 32 or 40 hours per week, organized into scheduling of 8, 10, or 12 hours, with compensation pro-rated.
Each member is required to work at least one Saturday per month.
Services are provided for 47 weeks per year.

Qualifications:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with valid licensure in Arizona.
Proven experience as a CRNA, preferably in a surgical or perioperative setting.
Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the surgical team and patients.

Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
Assess patients’ medical history, monitor vital signs, and manage pain control.
Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans tailored to individual patients.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications or adverse reactions.
