• 1099 Hourly rate + Travel & Lodging + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule: 8 hour, 10 hour, and 12 hour shifts;
• 50-mile radius rule, cannot live within 50 miles within the hospital.
• CRNA coverage needed for Pee Dee Region: will cross credential at Florence, Black River, Marion
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Florence: General Surgery, Urology, orthopedics, healthy pediatrics, cardiothoracic, electrophysiology (EP), vascular, endoscopy. Dedicated Obstetrics-only; Marion: General Surgery, urology, orthopedics; Black River: endoscopy , general surgery, and orthopedics
• Credentialing Timeframe 60-90 days
