• 1099 Hourly rate + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule: M-F 10’s or 12’s – no call, no weekends
**must be able to work a minimum of 3 days per week
• Types of Cases: Major vascular, general, orthopedic, podiatry, urology, ophthalmology, gynecology
•Type of Care Model: Care Team
• Care Team: 5 MDs/13-14 CRNAs daily; 1:4 supervision
