Integrated Anesthesia Associates (IAA), Connecticut’s largest private anesthesia group, is an award-winning practice (Modern Healthcare’s 2021 “Best Places to Work), consisting of more than 300 CRNAs, 140 MDs, 20 SRNAs per year, and a dedicated team of administrative staff providing care at major hospitals and ambulatory centers throughout Connecticut.
Position Details:
IAA is seeking experienced CRNAs to work at The Hospital of Central Connecticut in a care team model. Weekly schedule options available include:
– Full Time Call Team:
o 24hr shift plus 16hr shift
OR
o 24hr shift plus 2 – 8 hr shifts
o Optional overtime shifts also available
– Full time (no call):
o 8, 10, 12hr shifts
o Optional overtime shifts also available
The Hospital of Central Connecticut (HOCC) is a 414 bed acute-care community hospital with Level-III Trauma designation located in New Britain, Connecticut. This practice location provides the unique combination of a collegial community hospital, while also offering an expansive array of cases that providers find professionally satisfying. Surgical specialties include general, vascular, neuro (spine & intracranial), thoracic, plastics, orthopedics, urology, urogynecology, gynecology, oncology, colorectal, and trauma/acute care. With over 1,500 births per year at HOCC, obstetrical anesthesia is also part of our practice and includes neuraxial techniques, for which training can be provided if needed.
