Case Mix: Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Bread & Butter Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy, EP. No open hearts or Neurosurgery

Minimum Requirements: 
MD or DO
Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesia
Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virgini
