Care team model, occasionally doing solo cases. Overnight call 1 in 10 with post-call day off. Goal staffing to allow for afternoon start to overnight call.

Bread and butter cases: General surgery, Robotics, Ortho, Thoracic, Bariatric, Healthy Pediatrics, OB, and Endoscopy. You will need to have good skill with spinals and epidurals, as well as ultrasound-guided nerve blocks. ~1100 deliveries per year.
