• 1099 Hourly rate + Full Travel + **MMA covered w/ TAIL**
• Schedule:5×8’s (2 providers needed) & 24 & 12-16 (one overnight provider needed)
• Cases: General, Orthopedic, Gastrointestinal (GI), Obstetrics (OB) , Gynecology, Vascular, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Thoracic, Cardiac (152 open hearts), some trauma. Pediatrics is required
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
