Endoscopy Center looking for a Full-Time anesthesia (CRNA or Anesthesiologist) Provider.

Mesquite Surgery Center is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Anesthesiologist that is someone of exceptional character, with a positive attitude who is reliable, motivated, and collaborative. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our patients at our ambulatory surgical center.
In this role, your work will be 100% focused on low-risk endoscopic procedures (Colonoscopy, EGD, and variations thereof) — No night or weekend call, no major holidays, or pediatric cases.
We welcome both new grads and experienced providers who are looking for a full-time employment (W2) opportunity or contracted (1099).

Pay:
$350-$400,000 a year

Hours:
• Monday – Thursday 0715-1530 Friday 0715- 1230

Duties
 Provide and ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia to Mesquite Surgery Center patients by following established protocols and guidelines.
 Review health histories, perform and document pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks.
 Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses, any adverse events, and communicate continuing care instructions to nurses and staff.
 Stay up to date with evident based research in anesthesia techniques and medications.
 Collaborate with physicians, practitioners, and management to develop and update anesthesia related policies and provide peer review.

Requisites for CRNA:
 Licensure as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of Arizona.
 Active certification or recertification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
 Current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications
 Professional Liability Insurance
 Current reference attestation to clinical competence.

Requisites for Anesthesiologist:
 Active medical license in AZ
 Active Board certification (BC or BE in Anesthesiology).
 Current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications
 Active DEA
 Professional malpractice/liability insurance policy
 NPI
