25 bed critical access hospital. 3 full time CRNAs only practice. 2 CRNAs on during working OR times. Scheduled Surgery Monday-Thursday only. Rarely get called back in. 11 days on (7days first call, 4 days 2nd call) then 10 days off. Easy bread and butter cases. Only healthy 37+ weeks OB deliveries ~80/year. Very nice surgeons and staff! Looking for a CRNA who is a team player, can do blocks, OB, and generals. Looking for CRNA who will move here and be a part of the community (please do not ask about job share!! It doesn’t work here….I have been here 13 years and we have tried it before!). Small town feeling and very welcoming! $330k/year.
