•Enjoy a variety of cases-rotate through all specialties
•Monday-Friday schedule
•Post call day off when you work your 24 hrs.- you don’t work the next day
•Call- 1:13
•Inpatient surgeries
•Outpatient surgeries
•Must be able to do cath lab. Does not need to know how to do echo
•Need to do labor and delivery, pediatrics down to 6 months, vascular (including) interventional, regional.
•2nd call tends to be less busy than 1st call. It is unusual to be called back into the hospital on 2nd call in the evenings.
•1st call around the clock obligation

Earning Potential: $700K Earning Potential
•$60k sign-on bonus
•Quality bonus based on 4 metrics, as a group
•Incentive bonus: Every 3 to 6 months
• Up to 15 weeks of PTO
