• Schedule: Either 3p-11p or 7p-7a – FTE hours – Monday – Friday
• Job Setting: Hospital
• Dates of Coverage: ASAP – 3 Months (13 weeks) with option to extend.
• Types of Cases: Full scope anesthesia experience preferred including some pediatric experience (Health Peds), Epidurals. Will consider candidates on a case-by-case basis with varying levels of experience. No Cardiovascular cases.
• Type of Care Model: Care Team but looking for a provider that can be independent as well.
• Credentialing timeframe: 60+ days.
