• 1099 Hourly rate + Travel/Lodging / **MMA covered w/ TAIL**

• Schedule:730a – 330p

• Setting: Critical Access

• Cases: Orthopedics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Eyes. Blocks, lumbar punctures and Intubation required. No Hearts, Neurology or Pain Management.

• Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Discuss in Interview

• Credentialing Timeframe: Apx 60 days

• EMR: Meditech
