Schedule: M-F plus some weeknight/weekend Call
Board Certified-Required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
License: Active Arizona license is required
Types of Cases: Complete ortho, complex vascular, head spine, regionals, epidural, vent management
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
