Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
• Staffing model planned 40+ Anesthesiologists, and 100+ CRNAs covering 65 sites including Cath Lab, IR, Endo.
• Average anesthesia volume is 55,000 cases annually and growing.
• Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Endo, General Surgery, Neuro, OB, Oncology, Ortho, Robotics, Spine, GYN, Thoracic, Vascular, and Level II Trauma.
• Specialty Compensation increase to base for Cardiac, Trauma, & OB
• $30,000 retention/commencement bonus over 3 years.
• No call.
