Length of need: 3 Months – with extension

Provider MUST BE at least 75 miles from facility

Variety of cases including: General Surgery, vascular, Neuro, Spines, OB/Gyn, Ortho, Urology, Endo, Ent, plastics.

Proficiency with labor epidurals is preferred but not required

Minimum # of shifts per month: 20

No call; No weekends

Majority Case Type: Ortho, General

Average Monthly Case: 600-700 per month

Required Procedures: epidural skills preferred but NOT Required

EMR: Paper Anesthesia, hospital meditech

Current Available Shifts: 8 hours (7a-3:30p) (includes 30 minute lunch) .

$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

$Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
