Shift: 8, 10, 12, 24 hour options. Varying day/night. 
Call: Post call off. One call shift a week (back up or inhouse), 1-2 weekend shifts per month
Medical Direction model
CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals and epidurals
Types of cases: General and OB, No hearts, No pediatrics. 50% Spines
Number of MD/CRNA on per day: 2-3 supervising MDs, 6-10 CRNAs in house per day
Number of operating rooms: 24
Locums pay: $205/hr $220/hr OT $300/weeknight call $1,000/24/hr weekend call. call back rate $220/hr. paid malpractice
